Our clinically guided programs are designed to identify and manage conditions like sleep apnea, restless legs, and unusual sleep behaviors- without the stress of hospital stays or complicated processes. With simple, comfortable home-based sleep testing, you can get accurate insights into your sleep from your own bed with every result personally reviewed by Dr. Emenike, who creates a tailored plan to help you sleep better, feel better, and function at your best.

If you’ve already been diagnosed with sleep apnea but your CPAP isn’t working, you’re not alone- and you’re not stuck. We specialize in turning failed treatments into real results, so you can finally get the rest your body needs.

Our Testimonials

Chris B (Insomnia + 3am waking)
“I was waking up at 3am almost every night and couldn’t fall back asleep. I had tried melatonin, prescriptions, and everything I could find online, but nothing worked long-term. Within the first couple weeks of the Sleep Reset program, I started falling back asleep faster, and by the end I was sleeping through the night consistently. The biggest difference was having a clear plan and someone guiding me through it. I finally feel rested again.”
Anonymous (High performer / busy professional)
“I’m a busy professional and being exhausted was affecting everything—my focus, my work, and my mood. My brain just wouldn’t shut off at night. What stood out about this program was how structured and personalized it was. This wasn’t generic advice—it was a step-by-step process that actually worked. I’m now sleeping consistently and waking up with energy again. It’s made a huge difference in my performance and day-to-day life.”
Sandra D.(Tried everything / skeptical client)
“I honestly didn’t think anything would work because I felt like I had already tried everything. I was skeptical going in. But this approach was completely different. Instead of guessing, we actually addressed what was causing my sleep issues. Within a few weeks, I noticed real changes—falling asleep faster, fewer wakeups, and less anxiety around sleep. I wish I had done this sooner.”

Sleep Apnea Therapy

The most effective treatment for sleep apnea (OSA) is Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy. PAP therapy involves wearing a mask over the nose and/or mouth while sleeping for the delivery of a continuous stream of pressurized air to keep the upper airway open and prevent intermittent airway collapse.

While CPAP is the gold standard treatment, other options may be considered, based on individual preferences, particularly for those who cannot tolerate PAP, or have specific conditions precluding its use.

Other Therapy

Myofunctional therapy involves strengthening the pharyngeal and peri-pharyngeal muscles to improve muscle tone, endurance, and coordinate movements. These exercises can help reposition the tongue, improve nasal breathing, and strengthen the muscles that support the soft palate.

Myofunctional therapy can reduce snoring, and daytime sleepiness; improve oxygen saturation and sleep quality. It can be used as an adjunct to other sleep apnea treatments, such as PAP or the oral appliance, or as a stand-alone treatment in cases of mild OSA.
