Not necessarily. You can opt to pay for services as needed. However, membership guarantees convenient, and unrestricted, access through direct communication with your doctor when needed.

Appointments are preferably self-scheduled via the Schedule now or Get help button.
If any clarifications are needed prior to scheduling, please call, text, or email the office.

We are a direct care, cash-based practice and do not accept any insurance plans. However, we can provide any necessary documentation required to file a claim with your insurance to ensure you receive the coverage you are entitled to. Unfortunately, we are not able to see any Medicare eligible patients at this time.

Yes. A home sleep study can be purchased and performed without a consultation. The study will be analyzed by Dr. Emenike with interpretation made available to you. Client must attest that a doctor-patient relationship does not exist.

We strive to help you learn to sleep naturally without need for medications. If a behavioral and lifestyle foundation to improving your sleep health is not your goal, we understand that your sleep needs may be best met elsewhere - no hard feelings!

Sleep coaching services such as CBT for insomnia is considered first-line treatment for insomnia. This hard-to-find therapy is typically delivered over 6-8 weeks. Prescription medications are largely ineffective and not indicated for long term treatment of insomnia. 

Sleep coaching services are $199/session in addition to a monthly membership. Minimum commitment is 4 months to improve and stabilize your sleep.
