Sleep Reset Program

A physician-guided process that identifies the root causes of insomnia and systematically retrains your sleep using structured, evidence-based strategies. We meet weekly, I guide you step-by-step, and you have direct access to me in between.

Clinical Programs

These may need to be addressed in the process of working together to improve and fine-tune your sleep. These include sleep testing, sleep apnea management, management of RLS, and abnormal sleep related behaviors amongst others.

We provide treatment for a range of sleep disorders. Our approach is holistic and addresses the underlying thoughts and behaviors that interfere with your sleep. These include CBT for insomnia, CPAP/BPAP coaching, and Sleep Optimization sessions tailored to your specific need.

Not necessarily. You can opt to pay for services as needed. However, membership guarantees convenient, and unrestricted, access through direct communication with your doctor when needed.

We are a direct care, cash-based practice and do not accept any insurance plans. However, we can provide any necessary documentation required to file a claim with your insurance to ensure you receive the coverage you are entitled to. Unfortunately, we are not able to see any Medicare eligible patients at this time.

Yes. A home sleep study can be purchased and performed without a consultation. The study will be analyzed by Dr. Emenike with interpretation made available to you. Client must attest that a doctor-patient relationship does not exist.

We strive to help you learn to sleep naturally without need for medications. If a behavioral and lifestyle foundation to improving your sleep health is not your goal, we understand that your sleep needs may be best met elsewhere - no hard feelings!

A comprehensive care plan is emailed after each visit. Emails or messages with short logistical questions requiring less than 5 minutes of clinician's time will be addressed at no cost to all clients. Membership guarantees unlimited and ongoing access. Non-members can schedule a follow up visit at $199/visit for any concerns about their sleep health.

Most of our patients come in feeling this way. The difference is structure. Instead of more trial-and-error, we use a step-by-step process to identify and fix the underlying patterns keeping you stuck.

Not necessarily. We meet you where you are. If reducing or coming off medications is a goal, we do that gradually and safely as your sleep improves.

Many patients notice improvements within the first 1–2 weeks, especially with falling asleep faster and fewer nighttime awakenings. Full, consistent results build over several weeks.
